Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Top Cheese Hockey (the "Service"), operated by Colin Zappia ("I", "me", or "my"), a sole proprietor based in Canada. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

Top Cheese Hockey is a web-based hockey analytics platform that provides live game tracking, roster management, AI-powered tactical insights, and scouting report generation for hockey coaches and team staff.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your chosen subscription fee will be billed automatically on a monthly basis.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I do not store your credit card information.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Canadian law. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Colin Zappia and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
